Eurovision Song Contest Movie release date revealed!
The Movie Eurovision Fans were waiting for!
Great News for Eurovision Fans! The film entitled Eurovision Song Contest: The Story of Fire Saga is set to be released on Netflixon June 26, 2020.The film was initially scheduled for a May 2020 release to coincide with the Eurovision week that should have been hold this week, but then the date had to be changed accordingly.
The story
The film follows Icelandic singers Lars Erickssong and Sigrit Ericksdottir as they are given the chance to represent their country at the Eurovision Song Contest.
In May 2018, in preparation for the film, Will Ferrell attended the final of the Eurovision Song Contest 2018 in Lisbon, Portugal to research possible characters and scenarios for the film. He also spoke backstage with Eurovision contestants for a better outcome of the movie.
