Costa Rica legalises same sex marriages.

A long battle for same sex couples’ rights that is finally leading to a historical moment in the life of this country. In August, 2018, the Supreme Court of Costa Rica ruled that it was unconstitutional not to allow same-sex couples to get married, setting a time of 18 months for the legislature to make real changes and approve a law that would allow these couple to finally get married.
