The first Semifinal of Eurovision Song Contest 2021 has just ended and we have the first 10 finalists that will join the Big 5 and The Netherlands in the Grand Final of Saturday 22nd May 2021.  So many feelings, so many emotions: we spent the whole night watching the event live from the Press Room in Rotterdam Ahoy Arena, and hey, did we have goosebumps the whole night! ROAD TO EUROVISION 2021 – AUSTRALIA WILL COMPETE USING “LIVE-ON-STAGE” PERFORMANCE.

During these difficult times due to Covid-19 and related restrictions (and dangers), Australian delegation has just announced that they will be performing from Home during this Eurovision Song Contest 2021. The Australian public broadcaster SBS announced - early today - that unfortunately their representative - Mantaigne - and the rest of the delegation will be unable to travel to Rotterdam due to the restrictions and dangers connected to Covid-19. Montaigne will therefore use the Live-On-tape performance already sent to EBU to participate in Eurovision Song Contest 2021. She’s only 24 years old - from Sydney -  and she has already become a leading name in Australian indie music panorama.
