Homophobe’s karma

Karma is bitch, and we all know it. Ain’t we, girls? In this hard situation caused by Covid-19 pandemic, politicians are still looking fro votes and trying to show that they are “close to the population” as much as possible.  With this attitude, Vladimir Putin visited  Kommunarka, the main Covid-19 hospital in his country and, in front of the cameras, he had a nice chat with Doctor Denis Protsenko. They had quite a serious conversation where Doctor Protsenko spoke about what the hospital was doing for covid-19 patients, and in the end  the shook hands. All normal, you would say, I know. But as it is possible to see from the tv footage, none of them wore a mask or a protective kit against Covid-19.  On 31st March 2020, Doctor Protsenko announced he was diagnosed with COVID-19, a...

Covid-19 and Gay Prides 2020 – what future?

The health of every citizen and the LGBT+ people is something that must stand above all. The Covid-19 pandemic has required and is demanding to all of great efforts and sacrifices - which are minimal if we compare them to the effort and sacrifice of the medical staff fighting to the limit of their strength against this virus - and for this, it is  also necessary to make painful decisions for a greater good. Eurovision Song Contest 2020 has just been cancelled

A very hard and suffered decision communicated by EBU a few hours ago. The health of artists, workers, fans, visitors and all people involved in Eurovision 2020 has become the heart of the decision take by EBU. Will Corona Virus Stop Eurovision Song Contest 2020? This is what EBU replied to our email.

The Mayor of Rotterdam - Ahmed Aboutaleb - was clear and resolute: “we want a response by no later than 6th April”. Yesterday the Dutch government decided to apply restrictive measures across the nation - following other European countries, such as Italy, which is giving a strong example of active fight against this Virus - among which we find also cancellations of all those events where 100+ people are expect to gather. Universities and colleges will offer online lecturers as much as possible; concerts, soccer matches of all levels have been canceled until the end of the month. Since yesterday, the Van Gogh museum, The Rijksmuseum as well as the Anne Frank House have closed to public to comply with the new safety regulations which will remain in force until 31st March 2020. It is obviou...

We will be working with Eventbrite to issue refunds for existing DragCon LA ticket holders over the next 7 ...
