Dora 2021 is the TV show that will decide the Croatian winning song who will represent the country at Eurovision Song Contest 2021 in Rotterdam. The legislation put forward by Prime Minister Viktor Orban's right-wing government says only married couples can adopt, with some exceptions for single relatives of the child who is going to be adopted.
