Ex British football player, Stan Collymore, receive homophobic email.

Homophobia in sport is still a too big problem. And still it hurts a lot. Stan Collymore, ex professional football player, who played for England between 1995 and 1997 and became a football pundit, received a homophobic email that he shared with his Twitter followers on Saturday - June 13 - and received loads of messages of support. You can read the offensive and homophic email in the pictures Stan Collymore posted on twitter: https://twitter.com/StanCollymore/status/1271932617466744837 The football player waited no time and promptly acted to report the happening and the person behind it: https://twitter.com/StanCollymore/status/1271949843246845957 According to the BBC, Leo Maddocks, 37, of Francis Street, Derby, got arrested on Sunday 14th June and was charged with sending a...

Donald Trump gets silenced by historic Supreme Court’s ruling.

The Supreme Court ruling says employers can’t fire people for being LGBT+ The court ruled that existing provisions under the 1964 Civil Rights Act, which outlaw discrimination based on sex, also apply to cases where “an employer fires an individual merely for being gay or transgender”. This act extends the sex-based employment discrimination protections known as Title VII to LGBT+ people in all 50 states, stopping (hopefully erasing soon) the thousands of obstacles put in place by Donald Trump’s presidency and his cabinet. Neil Gorsuch - conservative justice - wrote: “It is impossible to discriminate against a person for being homosexual or transgender without discriminating against that individual based on sex. Consider, for example, an employer with two employees, both of whom a...

Polish President accuses media of spreading fake news about him and his homophobia

The LGBT+ Polish population is in serious danger due to a rise of homophobia justified by Polish president. Andrzej Duda - president of Poland - continues his homophobic attacks and now he has accused the media of spreading “fake news” about his homophobic views. He has just signed a sweeping anti-LGBT pledge - as we reported here - and even with proofs of his words and acts against all LGBT+ rights in this country, he is denying his homophobic acts. Presidential Elections - June 28 - are just around the corner, and in a tweet he wrote in English he raged against media saying: “Yet again, as part of dirty political fight, my words are put out of context. I truly believe in diversity and equality. At the same time beliefs of any minority cannot be imposed on a majority under the false p...

THE SEXPERT: Let’s Speak Lesbianese

Lesbian sex isn't defined by toys but by our natural instinct and given equipment: fingers work just as well as dildos.    What makes so many fantasise about lesbian sex ?  We are the epidemie for every straight man and straight woman’s sexual fantasy that all men want a threesome with two women and straight women actively seek a lesbian experience. Do we let off some secret sexual musk that strokes your g-spot ? We all know far too well that for thousands of years, lesbian sex has been portrayed through literature and art - as well as practiced in ancient Greece and Rome. Even Cleopatra was one to indulge in the forbidden fruit. It is clear that lesbians are perceived as a sex symbol. I believe that this is the only reason why lesbians are more accepted in society then gay ...

Spongebob is officially Queer, and we love him even more.

Nickelodeon tweeted about Spongebob's sexuality on Saturday to celebrate Pride Month 2020. This tweet is what all Spongebob's lovers were waiting for (or maybe not?), but one this is for sure: our beloved sea-sponge is finally "ready" to be who he really is. https://twitter.com/Nickelodeon/status/1271795092391682048 This tweet shows pictures of Spongebob, alongside canonically queer characters Schwoz Schwartz from Henry Danger and Korra from Avatar: The Last Airbender spin-off Legends of Korra. The tv broadcasters wrote: "Celebrating Pride with the LGBTQ+ community and their allies this month and every month." Do you remember when the show creator - Stephen Hillenburg - said that Spongebob was asexual? https://twitter.com/Mbfly6/status/1271877037578477569?ref_src=twsrc%5Etf...

Love is way more than just a feeling

Psychologists call it drive, that motivational impulse that makes us feel and do better, with one main goal: spending as much time as possible with the one we are in love with. You see him, you like him, he likes you back. He smiles at you and you at him - timidly or nervously, it makes no difference. He comes closer and starts chatting with you. You guys decide to go to his place, or yours - again, it makes no difference. Once at home, in a second, you both stare at each other's eyes, start kissing, take off your clothes, and... boom! You find yourself naked, having the most amazing sex of your life. Surprisingly, he knows what you are craving for and how to give it to you. He knows what you like, although he doesn't know you at all. It looks and feels like a spell, but it's real. It's h...

Sophia Loren and Barilla’s inclusive pasta commercial

Barilla is being surprisingly more inclusive than ever. A few years ago Barilla - the famous Italian Pasta producer - ended up on all newspapers and blogs after their spokesperson admitted they would have never pictured an LGBT+ family in their commercials as the only kind of family they believed in was the one made of a man and a woman. Clearly their sales dropped to the minimum and they got involved into a media battle that pictured them - with obvious and unassailable reasons - like Homophobic and racist. Well.. a few months later, they had to publicly admit their "indelicate" behaviour and finally they started being so LGBT+ friendly, and LGBT+ allies that we still find it hard to believe today. Even their pasta is not the best you can find on shelves, their investments in te...

Switzerland moves forward the approval of Equal Marriage.

Luckily during Pride Month there are Countries who make a real difference for their LGBT+ communities improving their lives. Unlike what is happening in Poland, Switzerland is moving towards real equal rights for every citizen. There is a big "Yes" to the project for the application of the parliamentary initiative of the liberal Green Party proposing "Equal marriage for all" and "yes" to lesbian couples applying to receive donor's semen to get pregnant. The Swiss National Council approved - with 132 votes against 52 and 13 abstentions - the dossier that would finally allow real equality for all Swiss citizens regardless of social class. If everything goes in the right direction, and therefore also the Council of States will adopt the above dossier - which is very likely to happen - Switz...

Film recommendation: Strong Island

Watch this topical documentary as we all reflect on racial injustice, families and the power of a strongly told story. On top of a global pandemic, two issues are now dominating the news and internet, with worldwide Black Lives Matter protests and JK Rowling’s ill-conceived intervention in the debate around trans lives (a debate fostered mainly by cis white women). So what better film to watch this week – to think, reflect and learn – than Yance Ford’s documentary Strong Island on Netflix. Nominated for an Oscar in 2018, it is a film about racial (in)justice, made by a trans filmmaker. William Ford Jr, the director’s older brother, was just 24 when he was murdered by a 19-year-old white man, Mark Reilly, after a petty argument in a garage. But Reilly walked free after minimal investiga...
