After so many years and after great critiques over the too-catholic and family oriented style of Festival di Sanremo, Amadeus (the host) has finally given the LGBT+ people someone they can see themselves in, selecting Drusilla Foer as his co-host for the kermesse. The National Festival of the Italian Song - Festival di Sanremo 2022 - is about to start in less than 3 weeks, and after all the critiques received in the past years, for being “too catholic and/or family oriented”, their main Host - Amadeus - who’s already hosted Sanremo in the past, selected among others, Drusilla Foer to be his co-host during the festival. The Lithuanian band who we all loved with their “Discoteque” song, just released a new song and music video that we are all going sing! We have been waiting a long time, bids have been made so far to guess which of all the beautiful Italian cities who were candidate to host Eurovision 2022, and finally here is the official news, that we can find also on La Repubblica : "RAI announced that Turin will host the event". Turin was the very first city who volunteered to host Eurovision 2022 soon after Måneskin won the Eurovision 2021 in Rotterdam, and guess what, this city won the event! Aged 78, the most iconic International Italian Showgirl and LGBTQI supporter, left this world today 5th July 2021 4.20 pm. Her friend and ex-partner, Sergio Iapino, announced her death that arrived after a long illness that attacked her “small but always strong body” (as Iapino said). The news arrived unexpected and shocked the international showbiz panorama, leaving too many colleagues, artists and normal people in tears.
